Jake & Leann attended their first Summit in 2017, with only 20 children enrolled at their school and struggling to pay their bills. When Jamarrion joined the Academy, she had financial success but was lacking leadership skills, leading to high staff turnover. With a unique business model that caters to children with special medical needs, Judy went into the business with a big heart but quickly found herself on the verge of bankruptcy, with only 11 kids enrolled out of a capacity of 60. Within eight months of implementing the business best practices that she learned in the Academy, her enrollment soared to 44 kids.
Before joining the Academy, Mia wasn’t giving herself a paycheck and felt like she was falling into despair. Within her first year, she gained the confidence to create traction within her business by allowing herself time to focus on marketing and delegating to her team. As a result, her school had a 22% ($96,000) increase in revenue and she now takes home a paycheck.
